Updated Payment Options

As of 1/09/2025, Sharon WSC Customers will have multiple new ways to pay their water bills. We have added a new IVR (pay-by-phone) system that includes Text To Pay options, as well as an app-based payment portal. A scannable QR Code is included in the graphic below that will take you to your device's app store, where you can download the MyCivicUtilites app at no cost. To log in, simply use the same username & password combination that you use when logging in to the website.
To use the IVR (pay-by-phone) system, simply call our office at 903-342-3525 and press option #1 to be transferred to the system. A simple tutorial is available on our Bill Payments page, found HERE.
